What are your opinions on games made with real porn?

i thought i would like them but i find the snippets of animation frustrating and repetitive. honestly i think static images are better for me.

havent found any that would please my eyes. cant rly say, if anyone knows rly nice one please do reecomend

In theory, it might be possible to create a good game using only porn footage. In practice, the material a dev has to work with is usually very limiting.

I'm not against games made with real porn on principle, but none of the ones made so far have managed to impress me.

I'm ignoring them. The use of real porn suggests that the developer has failed to master the fundamentals of digital graphics, which calls into question his competence as a developer.

hmmm... maybe. dont want to agree or disagree.
i mean they are still makin art (their own)
cant ignore that it takes time and effort .maybe if someone recommends something i wil try it with more open mind?

They tend to be so bad, its just like a gallery of random porn pics usually. If someone hired an actress for a photoshoot to specifically make the game, then it might be better

Tons of reasons not to go with real images.

-The ease of creating AI (though some don't like these, the good ones are impossible to distinguish from real)
-Copywriting/legal ownership
-Limitations on the story as you need to find images that 'work'
-Difference in partners; its easy to find hundreds of pictures of Xporn ActressX, but very few of those will feature her with the same guy. Which can impact the story.
-Real people change over time, so things like hair, looks, fitness, body art can change and create issues with the consistancy in a game.
-Real people can die. Look at Dakota ("Skye" I think?). While some may not care, there are going to be people who take issue to using images of a dead person.. better to just avoid it.

All in all with the ease and low cost of good AI renders, using real pictures just doesn't make sense. (again assuming your A.I is done well)

Note: Full disclosure, I work in the field of LLM's (which is the technology behind AI art) so... I am about as bias as can be.

I actually like games like this. If the actors fit the characters in the game and stay the same, all the better.

I am not a fan of them. It's too rigid and never story based but instead based on what videos or pictures are available to squeeze into a narrative.

As long as it is integrated well and fits a theme. Some games will just use assets taken from all over the place so the experience and immersion is jarring.

I think College Daze pulls it off well, but usually it just gives me a feeling that the game is going to be incredibly limited. I mean, if you want to write a scene with characters you made in DAZ or whatever, you can just create the scene however you want it. If you're using real clips and photos, you're limited to whatever that particular actress actually made.

The could be starting good, but always tend to be more and more bad. The story become more and more incoherent and goes to strange ways, just because the auther find pictures and videos for them, but on the other hand, he abandonds important paths because he can't find decent images and/pr videos form them.
