Please for the love of god provide a walkthrough if your game has multiple decision branches or hidden paths. I can't stand playing games a dozen times looking for hidden triggers or modifiers that I may have missed.

I have zero desire to try to map out decision trees so yes, absolutely love a walkthrough included (or modded in)

Depends on how obvious the "correct" responses are. I hate games that have events happen that don't seem to have any bearing on the different responses.

I really prefer when a game has one, since I tend to min max the content that I want to see (or not) on games It's very helpful when trying to unlock certain scenes/paths

They are a good tool to help unlock all the scenes so I won't miss anything

I'm all for walkthroughs or walkthrough mods. I'll play the game on my own the first time around and then I'll look up the walkthrough or download the walkthrough mod.

Always. It really helps when a game either has a lot of branching routes or when it's just a choice between see content or don't see content. Some/most walkthrough mods also mention what kind of scene is ahead so that you can avoid it if it's not up your alley. Also, I generally don't care about spoilers anyways.

When the game has a deeply interwoven plot where many decisions in combination may lead to a completely other story line i demand to have a walkthrough that at least hints you the consequences of your decision. When there is something you just decide between 2 ambiguous statements you express and then one of them lead you to a kink that makes you womit and you still feel suppried why all of the sudden that happened and quit that game and have enoght of it, because you did not expected the plot to change like this.. yes this is the time where i should get a hint.

I much prefer at least having the option. Most of the time I will download them so I can at least see if my normal choices would severely mess anything up.

I nearly always go for walkthrough but that's more out of lazyness and fomo... I don't thinks it's a good habit I got there

When i started playing VN'S i didn't know what walkthroughs or mods were, but after i found out i can't play a game without them

As long as they are optional, I believe walkthroughs to be a great feature. Some people just do not have the time (or patience) to "trial and error" for the best possible ending.

Most of the time great, as they are mostly optional I can just turn them off if I feel like enjoying spoiler free.

I don't trust game developers. I have never been able to finish any point-and-click or similar adventure game, as I simply do not have the patience to hunt pixels or try out thousands of insane combinations until I find out which specific instance of moon logic was implemented. I normally do not play normal adventure games even with a walk-through, but for porn games it makes sense and I do it. If a walk-through mod is available, I assume it's needed and install it. If a text-based walk-through is available, I use it as soon as I run into the first complication.

In all likelyhood any given game isn't going to merit playing multiple times and so I like to have a walkthrough to get the most out of the single playthrough. There are a few games I've played that are more like a roguelike, you only get the most out of these with many playthroughs, I think those are best without the walkthrough
