I'm really not a fan of the "ugly bastard"-hentai trope. However, old fat man with young beautiful woman is a pairing I find very hot - I'd just want both of them to be decent people. Unfortunately that seems to be rare. A few scenes in "It's not a world for Alyssa" come close, but there is so much potential here. Like old sweet guy with dementia mistaking his carer or granddaughter for his wife, she's feeling pity for him or getting aroused, and the magic happens. Or just some straight-forward grandfather and granddaughter falling in love stuff. Or humiliation-free prostitution, or, or, or...

If the gal has to look good then so does the guy.
It's normally the genre that they apear in that puts me off. Power Vacuum is interesting though because you are up against one to win the girls over before he corrupts them for his own use, and booldy hell is he a piece of shit. Great incentive to make sure you do all the right things to win.

Hate it. Usually old and fat, too. And it tries to force content with in Female protag games, often with the guy being very aggressive.
