Volunteers. If your game is well enough received you can put a call out and segment out the work. Just make it a point to give them credit in the game. Otherwise, you could hire or share profits with them.
 
You have to be more specific about that question. What do you mean? You own game? Other games? Any technical aspect? What kind of games? Ren'py and Unity are two whole different things.
 
What is the best way to translate a game
You can do it yourself, but you can also use artificial intelligence in games with tons of text. If you look at discord channels with experts in this business, you can find more active solutions.

Many of those have their text either openly in the game folders, so anybody can basically edit them. Or they need to be unpacked first. Over at F.95.zone, they have a tool for that made by their admin.

I don't translate, I just hope someone uploads the translation and you can find it on YouTube or Discord. There are also devs that upload in another language and if it is my language I download it, for example THAMAR
 
If you can access the text files, any modern LLM with a sufficiently high number of parameters will be able to translate the text they contain.
