I have personally never come across it in AVNs, but I think that I would be really into it if with the right subject and the right plot.

Does anyone have recommendations for games with lactation that you enjoyed, where the one(s) lactating is of regular size and doesn't have ginormous balloons instead of tits?

Even though i'm open to choosable pregnancy in games, lactating, what is the consequence of pregnancy, is a nogo for me...

Meh, not a fan but that's mostly because all tits involved are always massive.

I don't think I've made that connection. Not a big fan of games where the boobs are unrealistically big so I avoid. I'd love devs to include smaller boobs that make milk. I'd probably like it more.
