What are your thoughts on breast milk and lactating in games?

I'm more ambivalent on it, I like the concept, but rarely do I find games doing it well enough to be arousing. Best example of one I liked is probably altered destiny, where the MC's grandmother makes breast milk cookies, and the MC occasionally gets an extra glass to go with the cookies straight from the tap (and don't worry, while I say grandmother, she's still rather Milf looking).
