Have not played this game, but if its a ordinary renpy game, just download the renpy software and you most likely can open the windows version there. I do that on lot of renpy games.

I think i may have asked this before. Maybe, but do you still get the dominant blowjob scenes, like in the pool when the mc is hiding the blowjob while talking to the other girl, etc, if you go down the lighter path? Or does it become a more generic kind of game, and you have to go down that darker more blood heavy path to be dominant? Trying to convince myself to give it another go, but the hardcore violence of some of the scenes is just a little too much for me.

After a certain point options stop appearing or at least becomes scarce

And the ones that do appear are along the lines of go for it or hesitate
