Fleeing into an alleyway, she managed to survive on the streets for a few days before being rescued by the 'Sisters of Perpetua' orphanage.

Eventually adopted by a kind hearted farming family, Mariana lived a relatively peaceful, albeit very poor life on the farm. Each day filled with challenges, adversity and hard labor.

At the age of nineteen, Mariana chose to pursue a better life for herself. Leaving her small home in the dead of night, she crossed the border on her own with only the clothes on her back and a crucifix around her neck.

Working small day jobs until eventually being hired as a maid for an affluent oil family, Mariana's situation began to look up, until the true nature of her abusive employers was revealed one terrible night. Again battling for her survival, Mariana managed to once again flee.

Speaking fluent Spanish, she managed to find and hold down a job in a small border cafe.

Unsatisfied and craving more from her life, Mariana decided to pack up and hitched a ride north to the city for a new start.

Still searching for work and constantly looking over her shoulder in fear of retribution from the Demonio Cartel, Mariana's life revolves around church, volunteering and job seeking. Ever the eternal optimist, Mariana is always smiling, even in the face of her shitty apartment, her shitty neighborhood and her ever consistent shitty luck.

I hope you’ll like it, man. I tried to address the most requested issues and added as much content as possible. I kept the core theme the same, just added new options and choices for a wider audience. Most things have been reworded and remade—I tried to give people options and make it so everyone can avoid any type of content they don’t want.

@xell__ I'm actually impressed, the rework felt very good and very well polished, renders are ( for me ) top notch and even though i'm not much of a Sandbox fan - it doesn't feel that bad at all. So far my fav. are obviously Zoey, Valeria and particularly Rachel, she definitely gives off some kind of Domina vibe when it comes to Zoey and doesn't step back when it comes to risky actions like in the Corridor, i really like her.
Quality so far is amazing and hope you keep it up and improve, if it's even possible at this point . Considering to drop a Sub now and then if my current situation allows me to, to help financially.
