Overview:
The Proteus Effect is a lighthearted roleplaying adventure game where you take on the role of a down-on-his-luck guy who lands the job of his dreams as a playtester at a virtual-reality game company. Things don't turn out quite as he plans, however, and he soon finds himself both trapped in the virtual world and stuck in the body of a nubile young woman.
Join the hero and his companions on their adventures through the fantasy-themed worlds as they try to figure out what's behind the game's strange malfunctions and ultimately find a way back home.
This is an adult game, of course, so it includes sexy content, and much more is on the way. So come on and play! You'll have a titillating time, you might enjoy the story, and there's an outside chance you might learn some things about yourself along the way!

Includes 2 events: the Commercial District reopening ceremony (and tour) and the date with Ana. Even so, the story events themselves will probably take over 1.5 hours to get through, and if you go around and talk to everyone, it'll probably take between 2-2.5 hours. In addition, there are two basic outcomes and several different conversation paths in the date, so if you want to explore all those, you'll have to replay it a few times. You could spend considerably longer than 2.5 hours playing, depending on how much of a completionist you are.

Enchantments can now be detached
Gems and enchants can now be applied to equipment without removing it first (in the item menu, you’ll see a character’s name next to equipment if it’s currently worn. Use that.)
Talent Show scene will no longer play if you’re going for a “virgin route” (though you can still unlock it later in the recollection room if you did everything else to get it.)
Shield Wall no longer halves healing received (this is a very old bug I somehow missed)
Fixed issue with Cute Pajamas sprite not showing up in xmog interface
