is this not a pirate site that scoops games from authors & other pirate sites ??

Pretty sure this site does allow the orignal content creators takedown if they file for it. They also allow the content creator to take over the game thread if they so choose which a true pirate site would not. Though its possible i am the one that is misunderstanding things.

Yeah, they generally try to have good relationships with the devs here, and since most devs will use staggered release timeframes before doing a public release on their own, they try to allow them to do that when they can, so as to make supporting the dev have some more appeal. But if the game gets leaked on another site somewhere, then generally they will update it here as well, because obviously people would just go to that other site to get the update anyway, so they might as well have it here and avoid losing the site traffic to the competition.

I believe it primarily only happens like this (with mods updating it and putting in the notice) when the dev is in contact with them and normally the one providing them with the updates, or is the one in control of the thread itself, or situations like that, but then it gets leaked somewhere before the game is provided here, so they have to step in and prematurely update the thread here as well.

This has been my complaint. I'm a paying subscriber and kind of irritated about the last update which has no new scenes - and was over a month ago.
Instead of his MANY sisters it focuses on Ronnie Ann (not interested) and her older cousin Carlotta, who is supposed to be a teen but looks like she's in her 40's, and for some reason it takes a drastic turn at the end where MC is just standing there watching Carlotta get senselessly and violently sexually assaulted by an armed assailant! This is a far cry from the previous tone of the game which was a lighthearted silly romp of a dude born with too many sisters who are turning horny.
The dev states the writer is having blocks (yeah no shit) which is causing the delay in new content which is really irritating especially if you hate the direction it's going in the first place - Ronnie Ann is just not as interesting as any of his sisters.
Maybe time to get a new writer? I get dialogue is a bit tough but this story doesn't really require much to be stimulating and satisfying, MC has 10 sisters who are getting horny! Why does the story even have to go outside of the house?

I think the dev is interested in making a good story about a show he really liked as a kid and I don't think he's purposely milking his subs like many other devs do because he already gave us Lynn and Lucy but his writer is taking it in directions I'm finding hard to continue supporting.

That's disappointing as a subscriber to watch. Makes me wish I had any ability whatsoever to speak of, to produce my own games. Summertime Saga been dragging it out for eons.
