Toi create a new log for you, I deleted the folder and extracted it again (which I did previously also ^^ ) started the game and now it runs 1. try ... nice. I#m not sure what happened here. Sorry to bother you and thanks for the effort to help me. would you like to get my log anyway?

A case of the Engrish blues. Pretty sure Datum477 meant "You should have made the protagonist an adult man so the game would be more interesting." At least to those who dislike shota (such as Datum477 and myself).

That said, the dev chose to make this a shota game and I don't think he's going to suddenly go back on that (and piss off the shota fans who are playing this game for that reason).

Basically - once started press Shift+G, then from the "Graphics Acceleration" menu that appears choose the renderer to use. Choose "Quit", then restart Ren'Py. Try using the GL or ANGLE renderers. The GLES renderers may not function on desktop hardware.

IMO by far the best part of this update (0.4) is the scene with Rene, Maria, and LIlly. Maria is really beautiful and I loved her facial expressions, which is something I haven't seen devs give a lot of attention to. Then the occasional interactions with LIlly and immediate disaster was very funny. Anyway, I've started up this VN a number of times just to see that scene and no others, so ... good job LOL!

Since I can't find a listing, I'm guessing the [KN] designation means "kinetic", making this just a giant slideshow without consequences, and a protagonist written as a really rapey narcissist that apparently has no recharge period.

The characters look good, but this isn't my cuppa.

KN = Kinetic Novels = Visual Novels with non-branching storylines (Wikipedia quote ends) might be known. It's a linear story. If someone doesn't want that, they usually don't download it. Or they might not be familiar with it - but it's not the "provider's" fault if the "customer" doesn't know what they're getting. The protagonist, Rene, has some narcissistic tendencies (very confident and self-absorbed). But then... "a raped narcissist" ... so Rene is raped...? I must have missed that (or in his opinion, it happens on a meta, meta, meta level that I don't understand). The other way around doesn't make sense either...he doesn't rape anyone. I can't understand that point. "...no recharge time..." Well, even if I could list various reasons why that would be possible in real life, he apparently overlooks this point....it's a game....in some games, there are flying cows...whatever. "...not my thing" = OK...that's not a problem. Have a nice life.

Hello everyone,

Today my Patreon account was blocked without any warning. I don't know exactly what happened. But it seems like I'm not having good luck, that's for sure. Now, since it doesn't make sense to continue like this, I will take a break and rethink everything. I can't shake the feeling that there are still people out there who will do anything to harm me. For now, I won't be releasing any more updates. I'm really sorry that this has happened again, and maybe it's time to put an end to it. If I release anything in the future, it will only be available on my own server for you guys.

I hope you can understand. As things are going now, it's not fun and doesn't make sense to invest time in something that others will just break again.

Hey guys and girls, I have decided to postpone "The island" for now, as I have started a new game with Deschain. This will be the first game where the script is already written and I will be creating the images for the game. It is an exceptional, highly contagious, and emotional story about three girls - Kat and Kim, the twins, and Sabrina. I am excited to work on this project, as I know the story well, and I have to be very careful since the emotional story is very beautiful and touching. I look forward to releasing the first version when the time comes and I hope you will all enjoy it as much as I do.
