Mod for The Headmaster:[Ren'Py] - [HS] - The Headmaster [v0.15.3.1 Public] [Altos and Herdone]
I have no clue about standard formatting, so would appreciate if a mod could clean up this post.

This mod makes all the students younger (15-17) and rewrites some dialogue to fit with this change. Also had to edit a few images. When the game is done I plan on doing a proper rewrite of the scenario to one that makes a bit more sense, but the devs keep cleaning up and changing old script files so I'm putting that off.
I can't promise I'll keep the mod updated promptly with every release but I'll try.

A couple of them are professionals with careers that were stopped becasue of this world's new laws.

A 17 yr old business woman? ok, I guess.

Even the youngest looking girls, like Rachel, still seem to be 19, to me.

Anyway, not here to piss in your cereal, but just trying to make sense of this.

Yeah, dev based his entire monetization around Patreon and its bullshit rules. Unlike many devs using the old landlady/roommate/tenant dodge, this one actually wrote the story to (sort of) make sense under those restrictions. Sure, it seems ridiculous that adults could somehow be forced to attend a sort of correctional/reform academy and there is little logic to it...but Altos and Herdone shoehorned the story into something that flies with Patreon (and with no "third party mod" to revert it) and to turn it into logical underage content without a bunch of jarring errors and mismatches would require a complete rewrite. Which is probably why no one has tried it before now and why magistrate admits his own difficulties with the conversion.

Basically that's why I stopped playing the game - the lack of loli content, the ridiculousness of the plot and the fact that it beat you over the head at every turn with "these characters are ADULTS!". Not to mention that it took them a ridiculously long time to implement their whole spanking/punishment framework (and I'm not sure they ever really completed it) - they only had limited content for a couple of girls. Oh, and sandbox. ?

I love the game and even found the grind just about perfect with the amout of content. I also find it one of the funniest of these type games out there. It is very well written. Loli content is a plus, but not a deal-breaker.

Totally fair points, and as I said in the OP, I plan on doing a proper rewrite in the future, but for now I did change the references I could find to them being adults. I did also change some things in the intro but it's best to just ignore that it exists for now. It's easily the worst part of the game anyway.

I personally don't find it much less believable than a 19yo business woman. I don't remember her entire backstory or if that's been revealed, but she either got funding from her parents, or she built up from scratch, in which case she's had to start long before 18 anyway. Either way making her 17 doesn't seem outlandish to me.

In the vanilla game, the students are all 18 or 19, I only lowered them by two years - with the exception of the youngest looking, which I lowered by three years because I wanted to. Girls develop at different speeds, and all of their bodies are possible at the ages I've given them, though I admit some are pushing it.

I actually did this at least a year ago, but never shared it until now, mostly because updating every version takes a few hours of effort due to all the cleanup the devs like to do.

They've added a couple more girls to that system but it's still far from completion. Hopefully it'll be done sometime this decade.

It's a ZIP archive containing script files (.rpy) and images to change character ages in the game The Headmaster v14.3.
I found no malicious files inside the archive.

By the way, I would love having them being teenagers, but, from 13 to 19, depending mostly on how "childish" their faces look, as she could be younger but has her body being developed quicker than others. Don't be shy just reducing the age by a couple units, go as far as necessary, depending on each individual character! 😈

That is because Gofile removes un-used files after a set period of time. The original post was back in August...
