He hasn't stopped making mods, he just has a list of ones he maintains (not taking on new ones).
He dropped some cos the games were complete, and others because the games were put on hold/abandoned.

Weird question though, am I dumb or are the biking and dancing previews not actually in the game?

He may get away with it because the player gets to set the age and the girls are all older than the typical loli. Beginning HS is usually at age 14, and girls at that age can sometimes pass for 18.
