There's nothing in this game that would get it banned anywhere that would qualify it as Games+.
I'm not a fan of their practices and moderation, either, but they've been relatively consistent, with a few subjective exceptions related to "people they know and are willing to bend the rules for" (e.g. Oh Daddy, where Sara both looked and acted very childish for the first several updates).
Underage (or adjustable age) girls do not matter to them at all and have no bearing on bans or the rules. Rule 7 has nothing whatsoever to do with numerical age. What matters for that rule is girls looking undeveloped and acting prepubescent or childish.
In this game, for instance, while the twins, and to a lesser extent Kathy, look like young teens or slightly younger, they do not particularly act childish. They therefore can comfortably be slotted into pubescent, and thus avoid a ban. Same goes for all the girls in Ravenous, to name another game I just played an update of which has younger girls but is not banned there.
By comparison, look at The Guardian, where the youngest girls act very childish and look tiny/flat-chested (i.e. undeveloped). I'll bet you can find similar characters in other games that have been banned from there, too.
Lastly, from observation, these rules also relax the less realistic the game gets (on the scale from, say, Daz -> Honey Select -> Koikatsu). This means KK games can skate farther than HS games, and a lot farther than Daz games.

I check back pretty regularly in hopes of a new release but still nothing. Even looked at Discord but It doesn't say any expected date.
Still a good game, the model renders are excellent though the MC seems just to military looking, crew cut, angular face.
