I'm not quite sure how that could be fun 😛
It wasn't all that difficult. With what I knew for the original formula (compound interests on a fixed amount) and a more complex one for compound interests on fixed deposits it was easy to figure out I just had to combine and resolve them to find n (=amount of days).
Difficulty = recreational😌

I had to come op with this myself, based on what I learned from my previous formula:

And then you can calculate with daily deposits like this (I split up the days calculation and the date conversion for myself):

I even had fun figuring out the required mathematical equations 🤓 ☺️
It's nice if you get on daily, but if you're the kinda guy who gets on on his days off work or when the spouse leaves the house it takes a lot longer than that lol

Hello, and welcome to The Coin-Hustlers University
My name is Gustav, but you can call me Guz

E8OacZ.gif

I wanted to take a moment to explain our new coin system.
Before becoming a moderator, I was an active member of the site and was able to earn over 2,000 coins daily. Now, with my new role, I don't have as much time to participate in discussions, but I'll still be keeping this thread updated with the latest information.
I'll share some behind-the-scenes insights and tips to help you get the most out of the system.
In terms of earning potential, I should mention that some users are able to earn an impressive 4,000 coins or more daily (spoiler, they yap like there's no tomorrow), and with the added benefit of bank interest, the earning potential is even greater. I'll be sharing all the information you need to know right now, and future updates will simply be minor adjustments to refine the system.

My goal is to provide transparency and support to help you navigate the new system
Coins are earned through active participation on the site. This means that the system is designed to incentivize you to engage in discussions, share your thoughts on games, upload new games, and contribute to the community in meaningful ways.
Please be aware that posting excessive or meaningless comments, or posting too quickly (more than one post per minute), may be perceived as spam and could result in penalties. For more information on the coin system and its rules, please refer to our RULES ABOUT COIN SYSTEM
.

If you're lazy, keep in mind that any type of spam or abuse will negatively impact your coin balance. This includes cases where your balance falls to zero, resulting in a negative balance
Unfortunately, we faced a situation where some users reported content to our host, which required us to implement measures to ensure the site's integrity and the availability of its content. We had to implement a new system to maintain the site's stability and ensure our community's continued access to its content. Initially, we introduced a messaging requirement, and more recently, we've expanded the ways to earn coins. Not only can you earn coins through likes, but also through posting high-quality content and uploading new games. The underlying principle remains the same: to encourage active participation and engagement from our community members. If you're a loyal but more of a lurker, you can still contribute to the community by making a donation💲, which will be rewarded with coins as a token of appreciation.
Replying to a thread = 5 Coins
Receiving a reaction (Likes) = 5 Coins
Starting a Game thread (Create the thread here)= 50 Coins
Creating a new thread = 7 coins

You can get coins as a gift if you make a donation
To maintain the quality of our discussions and ensure fairness in our reward system, we've implemented a 1 minute 30 second cooldown timer for giving likes and a 3 minute cooldown for receiving coins from the same source. This ensures that each action (replying, thread creation, reacting to content) is spaced out, preventing spam and promoting meaningful engagement.

Please note that this cooldown timer is in place to prevent spamming, so
it's not effective to rapidly reply to threads. On the other hand, receiving likes from multiple users does not have a cooldown timer (except for likes from the same user), so you can still engage with content and show your appreciation without worrying about timing constraints
Here, a little tutorial made by our friend @Slumdum

We understand that some of you may have concerns about the purpose of our coin system, we want to assure you that our primary goal is to ensure the safety and security of our site, and the coin system is a measure we've implemented to achieve this goal.
As you know, our site has always relied on donations to stay afloat, we're grateful for every contribution, big or small, because it allows us to continue providing you with the best possible experience, In fact, many of you have chosen to make a donation to support our site, and we're honored by your trust.
Unfortunately, recent events have forced us to take additional measures to ensure the security and stability of our site, this has involved significant costs, including server upgrades, security enhancements, and feature expansions. We're not able to share exact figures, but we can assure you that every donation counts and helps us to continue providing you with the best possible experience.

We want to take this opportunity to express our gratitude to all of our donors, past and present, your support means the world to us, and we're committed to continuing to provide you with the best possible experience. Thank you for your generosity and for being part of our community
Alright, now that you're all caught up on the system, let's talk about the fun part: leveling up and getting those sweet, sweet coins
Think of it like an MMO, you're on a mission to become a Member+ or Prestige 4 master.
Here's the strategy: find the best threads to interact with and get those likes rolling in.
Why likes, you ask? Well, it's all about earning those coins per minute. And trust me, threads with a bunch of VIPs are the way to go.

They don't have reaction cooldowns, so you can keep on receiving likes and getting those coins in no time
*Some are images-only so they are in the M+ area, for now*

Anti-Social & Lurker Hideout Spot

PS: After some changes, some threads aren't publicly available anymore, and the antisocial thread has become, by far, the best place to earn coins, with no other place able to compare

Anti-Social & Lurker Hang Out Spot Image Companion Thread (IMAGES ONLY)
German Pub / Deutscher Kneipentreff (German-only thread)
What a Cutie
But if I can't speak English?
Note that in those threads a translation is not necessary

Now that we know the best strategy and have chosen our target, let's start farming
Our focus is replying to other people's comments with something meaningful or funny, for this, we have two methods

Method A: be a gentleman
1: The comment needs to be good enough for them to give you a like
2: The comment should entice a reply from the user (ask him a question about the topic or give an opinion about it)

Method B: be funny
1: The comment needs to be funny enough for them to give you a reaction (don't even try "shitposting" people are tired of this)
2: The comment should entice a reply from someone, a good meme or funny image will always attract replies from other users
With this, you should earn around 300 coins per hour (1 post every three minutes = 100 coins + at least 2 likes each = 300).

Now, let's talk about a new thing, contests, we have a lot of dedicated users who practice the tips above and now have hundreds of thousands of coins to spare, so they do weekly contests
the majority of these contests are about images, they give you a theme, you send an image about that theme, and other users vote and choose the winners

Don't forget that we have a random 24-hour sale weekly (with a random percentage too)
The Member+ full price is 750 Coins and can be dropped to 525-675 in a sale (35%–5% discount)
(just remember, spamming will make you lose a bunch of coins as a punishment)
whoa sure i do hope get some coins tho T_T

Lol well that's a bit of a humblebrag ;)
But good for you!
After your lucid explanation, it seems doable even for us mere mortals - but would've certainly taken some time to properly parse through
Logs always really stumped me

Not really a brag, I meant it. First formula took a while, with some helpful sites, until I found a video that explained it all. Second one was just 1 video explaining the normal formula, similar to the first one (and 1 site which had both formulas, making the similarities obvious). Since I already knew how to change the first formula, the second one was just the same. Combining them was easy, just 6 lines on a piece of paper. Converting to Excel is peanuts then ;)

Yeah "expert's" how-to videos are the way to go to learn stuff nowadays, smart 👌
So much faster than trying to piece things together on your own
I do appreciate the peek into the guts of the calc
Heh I'm so happy not being required to understand that 😄

I accidentally set my bank to collect interest at 1am so I gotta either give it up for a day or stay up late lol

Yeah, mine had gotten to 2:30 AM my time. It's now 8 AM my time. :ROFLMAO:

Ya getting make sure not to roll it over too often. I wish I'd gotten them to change the interest to 23 hours instead of 24.

Not just online, you need to click the collect button.

Well fuck, that certainly would have made it easier to handle the time creeping forward if you dont catch it right at 24H.

Yeah i just found that out the hard way... I feel really dumb not checking that haha. Well everyday i'm learning

i'm getting close to p4, and i don't even chat that much in here.

Yes it is very easy, I have collected around 450,000 in coins in a month just by using the bank...
Simple, just post in the lurker thread and when you have achieved what you want you can just go back to lurking. Then take you excess coins place them in the bank and see your stash grow.;)

Damn you are almost a millionaire haha

Hi, I'm new here, I have one suggestion tho, why can't I like more then 1 post per 1min and 30sec, even tho I want to like a post from admin/mod/big guy Guz? I just started reading this thread and I liked the first post, then I wanted to like a meme (I get that I had to wait for this one, because it was a meme from a user that is trying to earn some coins), but then I saw another post from Guz and I couldn't like it. I'm trying to say, that we should be exempt from time restriction for giving likes to the big guys, that aren't really in this game. Just making a suggestion, I don't want to piss off people on my first day here. ;)

Well some wonderful people who did a script to auto like all post which became a coin farming since it was like everyone like each other's post making the system pointless.
Some people just ruined it for everyone....now you need Prestige 1 for no CD on react.
Just remember to mention page number when you go to the Lurker thread haha....

... maybe it's a professional deformity, but I want to try to script a way around that 🤔, just for fun's sake ofc 🤫

You can get banned.

I get what you’re saying, @vozek. But the restriction doesn’t care who it is.
