Honestly, depends on the tattoo and where it is, preferably no tattoos but some exceptions are if they have one of a lost parent or pet, only real exception.

depends on the tattos if they have a theme if its just a mess then no or if its just too much. i mean succubus tattoos on the belly give massive amounts of hotness tho so again it just depends.

Depends completely on the type of woman. Some girls REALLY wear it well - and it can be sexy as hell.. But for example, the classic tramp stamp is just... trashy AF< not sexy at all.

I love tattoos on woman but there are places on the body that i don't like. Places being across the chest or go along under the breast, and the lower back. Just never found it attractive or nice to see. Definitely seen some cool tattoos in those sports though.

Generally negative and makes girls look a bit trashy. I don't think most people plan their tattoos. I remember one of my coworkers getting a tattoo on the back of her hand; she paid $85 for that thing, and it didn't look great. Not that good things need to be expensive, but I think you really shouldn't be cheap on your tattoos.
Also, having many tattoos also isn't great; its like you're a hoarder, but rather than your house, it's your body, and you can't get rid of the junk even if you want to.
Though, I think it can complement appearances if done right by great artists. One tattoo on her upper arm? cool? a tramp stamp? Sexy.
