I played this and thought it was a lot of fun. It's silly, along the lines of 23 sisters and similar comedic VNs. I'm glad to see it here because anything with a loli tag is likely to be banned from N95, and I think devs like this provide entertainment and should have a place to put their product out there.

A visual novel lives from facial expressions. If they are motion-less, I better like to read a story and let my imagination do the rest.

I honestly don't get the comparisons to 23 Sisters (and that's as a medium fan of Doc's works; I find Extra Credit to be his best work so far, and prefer Tomboy Supremacy over 23S or DLG). The story in 23S basically only exists to be insane and to set up sex scenes, which isn't the case here at all.

In this, so far all we've seen is the MC and "his brother's family" (spoiler: assuming you choose content, the brother's wife is fucking the MC behind the brother's back, and all her kids are the MC's) So there's already far more drama involved than in 23S right from the get-go, with far fewer characters.

If you were talking about the previously-released Prologue, with the extensive introduction of literally every character but no actual story with them yet, you'd have a point, but this 0.01 is much more concise and only introduces the necessary characters: the MC, the MC's brother (who the MC cucks), the MC's brother's wife, her three daughters, and the punk kid (who the MC cucks). There was a flashback scene added for more context of the start of the MC's relationship with a new character and with his brother's wife. Hell, just the fact that there are scenes that DO add context to anything already makes the story more coherent than 23S!

Given the changes in the flashback already, though, it's entirely possible not all the characters originally presented in the Prologue will be in the next release, either.

The other three guys are the MC's two sons and his brother. Only the brother has been seen in-game so far, and he exists solely for the MC to cuck him. All three of the brother's wife's daughters are by the MC. It is likely the sons will go the same direction. Netori is a major focus of the game.

You can read whatever you want into things, but the storyline so far is a bit silly/ridiculous. As of now, of all the women who have had storyline, none of them that we know of have ever done anything meaningful with another guy:

• Audrey (brother's wife) - During the flashback, we find that the MC took her virginity, and they had sex many more times after. All of her daughters are the MC's. In the flashback, the brother thinks he took her virginity because he was drunk, and the both of them let him think that. It is highly likely this is how her other girls were conceived, too, since there is dialogue that states all three are the MC's daughters, and that Audrey married the brother so that the brother would raise the MC's kids for him without knowing.
• Beatrix (Audrey oldest daughter) - When the MC is going down on her, she says that no girl has ever made her feel like that, indicating she's never done stuff with a guy before. Now, that does make her kinda iffy, since she was willing to let the other guy go down on her (and thought that's who the MC was at first) because of losing a bet, but it also means she's only been with girls before.
• Lucy (Audrey middle daughter) - Completely sexually naive until the MC starts playing with her in her scene.
• Ella (Audrey youngest daughter) - Completely sexually naive until seeing her mom going down on the MC.
• Isabella (Audrey's college friend during flashback) - Also a virgin, and gave that to the MC. Has an arranged fiancé in her homeland (and given the sari, that's likely supposed to be India), but is almost definitely pregnant by the MC before she returns to that marriage. We don't know anything about her in the present day, so we don't know what's happened with her arranged marriage at all yet.

Basically, this isn't a game where no men other than the MC exist, but so far there is zero reason to believe that the other men get anything other than cucked.

So the Dev chose a very convoluted way to have a Netori setting without the possibility of getting rid of the cucks because they are family members.

In fact, dialogue implies that she has never had sex with MC's brother at all, and has instead gotten him blackout drunk a few times and when he woke up hungover the next morning, she told him they had had sex, using that to cover up her pregnancies by the MC and string him along supporting the MC's daughters. (And since the MC's brother is a stupid, selfish asshole, he's believed it every time.)

According to the dev's SS page, 30 days after it's been released to the lower tiers, which apparently it happened a few days ago. So it should be public in about a month.

Update expanded upon the story quite a bit in 0.3 and introduced many new characters. Recommended to replay from start as new renders were added to beginning. Think the game may be popular on this site.
