Ai or fps games
Yes, AI used to be a cool new thing, but it’s so saturated and the games feel lifeless compared to other games with less “pretty” renders. I understand that it can help make game development quicker for less art inclined folks, but I also don’t think it’s saving that much time given my own experience with tweaking prompts to get a desired result. At a certain point it’s just more efficient to learn the thing and do it yourself.

I'm almost certainly retreading old ground, but I can't play a game with aggressive typos or grammatical errors. Some minor stuff is fine, if a bit annoying, but as soon as I have to put active effort into deciphering what a sentence is supposed to mean, I usually have to duck out.

I like games which you actually plays.
I don't dislike visual novels but playing 2-3 visual novels in sequence can make the reading session boring because if you loose some dialogues by skipping you can loose big chunks of the history.
So usually take turns on vns and then an game with "less reading".

I really cant get into games that have way too many characters. Especially if theres loads of variation to them. Take Summertime saga, like 30-40 characters and only 5 or so that really interest me? So 70% of the dev time is stuff id skip and the characters i do like have very little content
