The question is, what I would like to see more, not what I like to see at all. So the typical harem / incest tags are not meant. There are many. I only could discuss, if there could ever be enough.
But there are some tags, I would like to see more often. Even if avoidable scenes for them, who don´t like it.
That would be bisexuality (not just the women), blackmail, pregnancy, mind control, slavery, humilation, urination, groupsex and orgy (not harem style only), gangbang, all the tags famous on porn sides, but rare in games.
I also would like to see more games with a true story. Not something like, oh, there is a bad, let´s fuck. First the story needs to fuck my brain to make lewd scenes really hot.
As a fan of crime and horror movies, it would be nice to have more games covering this. But I am aware about censorship issues, which makes a lewd game like a criminal minds series or saw movies nearly impossible. I am interested in this, because I don´t understand the criminal brains. How did they became what they are? What is their motivation? And so on.

Loving incest, as has already been said. The story in Sisterly Lust between the MC & Bella (romance route) is one of my all time favorites. Slow burn, she basically hates him at first. I still remember the first time I married her, just her. Harem routes are great, but most of the time, I prefer to do a solo route.

Time travel. Been working on an idea: MC is a family history nut. Has all these stories saved about the heroic things his ancestors did. Then one day, a time traveler basically dies at the MC's feet & the last action is he touches his previously bare wrist and a high tech watch appears (the time travel device.) MC takes it and decides to visit all those times to see his ancestors "save the princess" (Medieval, on the Mayflower, Revolutionary War, Civil War, WW2, the 60's, etc) and such. However, what happens is he "saves the princess" and ends up getting her pregnant. Basically, all the stories are of HIM saving the woman and getting her pregnant. He is the ancestor doing all the heroic deeds in his lineage.

Edit: Is it still incest to have sex with your mom before she became your mom? (or your great great great great grandma?)
