Content wise it's massively behind the other version. But tl;dr of what the "tech update" was doing was to overhaul the back end code and update all the art assets to make the game widescreen.

If you want the content just play the old version there is a huge amount in there, it will take years at this rate for the tech update to catch up with the original version at the current pace

I personally am waiting until they're fully done with the tech update bullshit as currently only a few routes are implemented those routes do have extra scenes but not yet worth it imo

The old version as stopped updating entirely, in favor of the new one. The older version as still a lot more content than the newer one. So, if you never played the game, you should play the older version. If you completed the old story once alread, then there were probably no more updates from that time. I think waiting for the newer version is fine, but keep in mind that the updates are pretty slow because all old code must be rewritten. If I were to estimate I would say it will take 1year for a complete route of a single character.

So whats going on with this games development? i remember fucking years ago maybe 5 or 6 when i was 14/15 this being one of my first porn games and after finishing all available content i went and started reading random forums and comments saying tech upd this and that, so as per my own understanding, the game is undergoing a complete overhaul?
what about the story? have they added all routes and are just new doing the new animations and scenes?
