The creator had two people working on a gallery and wanted it in this release but didn't complete it in time. I would expect it in the version released in February at the latest.
Then again, given what was revealed during the hidden hospital scene, Cassey might be as much MC's sister as Nicole.
I am curious about Macy's family. Between the conversation between Macy and Sophie and the hidden fight scene, I believe it to be something like the following. Macy's mother had a son. She then began sleeping with her son and had more children. He then left his mother for his daughter, Macy. After he found out Macy was cheating on him and that MC wasn't his, he left her for her sister; however, when MC and Nicole stay with Sophie, he doesn't seem to be anywhere around. Earlier in the game, Nicole said that MC couldn't resist the women in the family whether their mother, aunt—singular—, cousins, or Nicole, herself. Sophie doesn't seem to have any children yet although it seems MC likely optionally sires the first. It just feels off. I feel the relationship between Macy and Sophie would be different if MC's grandfather moved in with Sophie after leaving Macy, even if he passed away in the interim. Macy might have other sisters, but the text implies just one. Then there are the multiple cousins we've yet to meet. I guess we'll have to wait for the Macy standalone at the end of the month to get some answers.

you did came inside auntie as kid and we havent meet her in current date
so we might have another daughter "the gift" from aunty side too
also whos the missing daughter one thing is for sure its not cassey cause shes same age as mc, but she might know her
but then again that part was probably only for surprise research about her, i guess we will found out sooner or later why the secrecy
also with the eye scene, why the rush - nvm that part it says in hint,
so much secrecy in this family they could open up agency

I don't wanna sound complain, but i picked the choices to close Leana's path early in the game, so was kinda a turn-off surprise for me
. Again i don't rant or insult anyone, if this is how the scene have to happen i can live with that, i just thought close Leana's path should mean she won't have or be present in any more "adult" part of the story, since my main interest is Nicole, Alice and the others adult women of the game.

Cassey isn't the missing sister, she seems to be the secret sister. It has been implied that MC and Cassey share a father while MC and Nicole share a mother. That would make both Cassey and Nicole MC's half sisters. The missing sister is the one MC sired with Macy. I assume that Cassey went to France to retrieve the missing sister, and Clem is laying the groundwork for her return.
If MC cums inside his aunt, it sets the variable lstDaug to false while if MC pulls out, it is set to true. That does imply that he did impregnate his aunt, and he will have a daughter-cousin if the player makes that choice.
As for the "twist" in the hidden scene, it kind of bugs me. IVF takes a lot of time and money. First they pump the people involved with hormones—the egg donor to induce ovulation and the recipient to get her uterus ready to receive the embryos. Then they harvest the eggs. Then they fertilize the eggs. Then they attempt to implant the embryos. There are more things that bug me about it, but the main one is that it is something that can just be sneakily done in an afternoon with no prep. I mean, this is fiction and not that big of a deal, but the way it is currently portrayed in the game caused a bit of an eye roll.

There is a slight difference . . .
If you tell her the truth you get variable me.degrad +1. If you choice the other option, you get me.degrad -1. Otherwise, the variable changes are identical. As for what impact that variable might have in the future, I don't have the slightest idea.

Thanks for replay. I see to get the scene with Nicole we have to be in Leana's path, i closed this path in my playthrought so that's why i didn't get the scene with Nicole. Thanks anyway for clarify.

All events in my game will have consequences later. All your choices and decisions shape MC's personality. Sometimes I try to put hints. Red is not necessarily a bad decision, but a decision that affects some variables more strongly than others.
