Yes and no, it is complicated, and I don't want to drag the thread off-topic. The quick version is that after the whole children of Pornhub article, Pornhub was sued. They also sued the credit card companies, Normally the CC companies argue that they did their due diligence, it looked like an up and up porn site, nothing illegal, then courts agree and the CC company goes about its business. That did not happen in this case, a judge allowed the lawsuit to continue, holding them accountable for what other people illegally did. That is what started the attacks on adult games and manga with petites in Japan, and the attacks on more and more content over there. The Australian group just piled onto something that was already happening and added fuel.




The woman mentioned in the article has hooked up with a massive law firm, and they are targeting all the deep pockets involved, including the hedge funds that invested in Porn Hub with a group of over 100 defendants. That is what has the entire adult industry running scared right now. This could break the entire adult industry if they successfully split money processors from content.

Same, SSP was by far my favorite adult game. But after all this BS and judging by the post he made on SS, unless there is some HUGE cultural shift and these things become more accepted, I don't think he will ever make a game with these types of characters. Right now, it's just not worth the risk. My only hope is that he will keep making games. I love his art and the way he writes stories, even if he makes a more vanilla game, I think it will still be really good.

I think he will probably see him again soon. Most likely using a different name and he probably won't take as many risks with the content as he did with SSP and EGBE. But as far as I know these games were his only source of income so he either tries to create another game or he will go back to having a regular job.

I mean if magically people stopped being dumb and they didn't try to destroy these games and assuming that ketzal hasn't deleted every asset of the game, I think he would gladly come back and finish the game.
The only reason he gave up is because he ran out of options to monetize the game. Like I said before in this thread, the dude went as far as moving to another country just to work on his game. So if there was a realistic way for him to keep making a living working on this I think he 100% would.

there are always way to do the payment, no way this is harder then those drugs every here and there.

you can even get a postbox to have supporter send you precious metal as payment and give them your game in USB by FedEx.

you just need to be creative.

Guys I'm not sure he quit. I was part of his discord and he was active allot and updating EBGE & SSP pt2 was supposed to drop soon. I think he got nuked! Earlier this week they nuked his paige where he was getting his subs on. He asked us to go back to subscribestar until he finds another spot. Today i logged in discord and the group is completely gone. The subscribestar paige is also gone. Give it time, its happened before.
