I've always wondered why people who think like this engage with VNs at all. Like why not just do an asset RIP since you're not really engaging with the story? I don't really care about storyless images/animations unless they're from an artist I really like, and most artists I like usually provide a blurb or a themed setting for a series of images that you can get into even if they're not writing a full storyline. Like you can download the game, rip the assets with Un'Ren, and dump the folders into GonVisor/MPC to just go through the images and videos.

Oh, i think you misunderstood me there..... I DO read the story in SSP and several other games i play! But even if the story would be...shit/stupid i would still play SSP, because of the awesome render and animation quality.
But i do sometimes skip thru text on other games were the story doesnt really catch me.....
I stopped "playing" The Lost Guardian because of the minigames, that are just there to "enhance" the user expierence, and u have to repeat them several times to get all scenes.
Thus wasting my actual spare time. I just used a gallery unlocker and wont bother anymore with the story of that one.

TLDR I do like a good story in my Porn games, SSP is one of them. But not all are worth my time.

I assumed that was on the dominate path because I've never seen it either. You could install URM to check what the variables are that are controlling that choice. I might have a save near there, let me look.

Using URM to force that selection, by the dialogue it is definitely on the domination path.

Normally, conditions are, well, conditional. Like, I would expect that one to look like "okTelReb == True" in that instance, but it isn't always the case and I'm not a Ren'Py dev so I'm just guessing.

Pretty sure you have to be on Rebecca's dom path and be mean to her. Not 100% sure though, as I have 0 interest in being an asshole to LI's and treating them like shit so skipped that path (a shame, Lisa was a cute hebe). I think it also takes a few other right choices even when on the dom path (a clue is if Rebecca galleries before that choice are locked then that choice will be locked as well).

It's out of an abundance of caution, since Discord hates lolis as much as Steam, Patreon and most everyone else does so free/public access and distribution options are limited (some loli devs either formerly or still on SS simply have no free/public Discord, it's all 100% paywalled now with no free version either). Be glad he still gives out a free version of SSP when he doesn't have to at this point, which if it weren't for this site probably wouldn't happen anymore unless you went to A T F and didn't mind hanging out with the legit ped0s (they don't bother me unless they try to get me to trade our daughters' nudes in DM's, that's annoying, esp when I wouldn't share those even if I was foolish enough to keep incriminating evidence around) or Lewdzone with their horrendous download speeds (30-50kb/s unless you pay them $20/mo last I went there). And I'd bet my soul if I had one to bet that if Apple made video games themselves rather than pay developers to do so there'd be no such thing as free either, you'd pay $30-50 just for the priveledge of also getting to buy loot boxes, which would also only be playable on their iPhone, Mac or their console if they made one.

Still easily the best game on the site but has been getting overly segmented in some areas.

While I'm sure it will be revisited as the game is wrapping up I do miss the option of organically having Macy joining the house like the original old update.

I got together again with a friend whom I enjoyed probably the first year and a half of content with for SSP and watched as they navigated the last couple of updates. They ended up inadvertently missing several scene under the expectation that their choice still had potential for them.
I think anyone that has become overly familiar with SSP over time has picked up on the outcome tendencies for choices, but looking and it from a new player perspective and somewhat objectively it does harbor a level of false choice. I think having decisions and options is always the way to go, but after looking at it in that light there is definitely an 'incorrect' way to approach and consume the content currently.
