Eh depending on where he is they might not care, even straight up real C P is not illegal everywhere (only 118 of 196 Interpol members last I checked), just don't get caught with a copy of it if it's not legal to possess where you are. Afaik the only US-successful prosecutions of it so far (prison sentences handed out) were cases of people taking SFW images of real kids either scraped off sites like Facebook or even taking their own pics of their neighbors' kids or their own underage family members and lewding them with AI (which legally is the same as photoshopping them for a cruder version of the same end result, that's been illegal in the US since the 1990's and still is). With fiction it's on the prosecution to prove real people were deepfaked into a porno image or movie, basically, which is obviously not gonna happen if they are imaginary. Coincidences like they happen to look like person X or this story is similar to person Y's are not illegal, otherwise even regular movies wouldn't be written and made anymore (it's the reason for all those dumb disclaimers that should be obvious to even a retard at the end of the rolling credits). All that aside, I'm not even sure pAI is what will be used. But given he is more or less already at the limits of what Daz and Gen 8-9 models can do it was just my guess on an improvement path. He himself didn't specifically say pAI is what he planned, so who knows. Given SSP endings are still 2-3 years away it's still way too early to post spoiler previews or actual screenshots of his next project. He did have a poll a couple months back asking if people would like upgrades to the models and most voted no and preferred consistency, so it will have to wait for his next AVN.Okay, the minute I start seeing, "he's got ideas for more AVN's" is when I start to sweat a bit...the sweaty smelly sweat of dereliction, of abandonment.
Photo realistic AI, while perking me up a lot, is also risky af. I've heard crazy stories of people getting prosecuted because they managed to find some real life person 30 years ago that look a lot like the AI version. You can think you've got all the safety boxes checked until you realize the authorities will be checking to see if the great great grandma who went down with the Titanic looked like that when she was 13. far be it from me to get in the way of progress though!
