I think that the main problem with your argument is that this game is mostly a romance game.

Sure there is (or can be) some male dom, but this is not a Blackheart game where the MC is a psychopath / gangster. So gore, prostitution etc. would be really out of character for the MC and therefore for the story.

The question with regards to watersports is, is it degrading and if so, how much? I think that the MC genuinely loves all his girls and truly degrading them is not something he is into.

All this despite the obvious issue with the apparent age of some of the girls (even though we all know that they are simply underdeveloped 18 year olds).

Subscribestar is actually the better version of Patreon, because if it contains Incest or suggestions of that, it mostly gets booted at patreon. For example even Savior got booted. So subscribestar is the only way for these kind of borderline games to survive.
