Most times and for most games I'm happy if someone leaks a new version of a game. But in this case I really hate it
ketzal was nice enough to share his work with us for free in the past, and the public release wasn't far behind the releases for the different support tiers.
It would be a different story if ketzal wasn't active here or if no public release existed.
I hope this remains an exception and ketzal stays with us.

And I'm voting for a new Usage License for the Board, and everyone has to prove he knows how and when to use spoiler tags to get it granted.
Without the license, posting is forbidden. Posting spoilers without the appropriate tags will result in a temporary read only period and if done multiple times the license would be revoked.

I personally think it's really dumb to leak any game if the dev is doing public releases anyway. I get the whole "it's a forum for pirated porn games" and I get that there are a lot of people that can't support the dev, but if having to wait a few days for the public release helps the dev get a few new subs, I think that is a good thing and we all benefit from it because it gives the dev more resources to work on his game.

Edit: Also with the stuff going on with people adding malware to leaked versions, it is waaay safer to just download stuff directly from the dev's official pages.

@ketzal despite the leak, I've subscribed man. Really feel like anything created with hard work (believe me, in my line of work, people often try and undercut me as well) deserves some support.

wasnt there a rule to NOT leak games that early after release ?
This is kinda a kick in ketzals face, since he keeps us updated AND releases the public and fixed version a week after his Subs got it anyway :S

I perfectly understand what happened and all the anger, and it must be resolved with the managers so that it does not happen again, as soon as possible. I am sorry to hear that but there are people wait for you and respect your wishes. I myself try to support when I have the means, if I don't I wait for public releases. I know and understand your frustration, yet this decision seems like punishing those people. Though, I respect your decision either way.
