After reading through and understanding how complex the pathing seems to be, I wonder if a cheat I did might mess things up somehow. I denied Macy at every opportunity which disabled shota, but then when meeting Sophie the option to go to her was greyed. So I backed up a frame, used the cheat to re-enable it, then continued. Might have had to repeat the process again later during another flashback, not sure.

Am I correct in thinking that it is supposed to be either both or neither of Macy & Sophie? Or was there a way to accomplish Sophie only by choices only?

Seriously, I don't see what's so complicated about it.
Harem: All except Macy
Macy (Bond of Blood / Macy): All except Cassey and Hailey
Alice: Only Alice.

Shota / Smol: If you activate the WT, you'll see the flags to activate/deactivate them. You can also activate/deactivate them manually using the book icon. Type 'H' at any time in the game and click on the book icon in the top left-hand corner.

Eve, Clem and Rebecca corruption and domination open up new paths indeed.
My saves are as follows:

1 BoB / Macy
2 Harem
3 Eve + Clem + Reb DOM ROUTE
4 Eve + Clem + Reb ROMANCE ROUTE.
5 Alice
6 Tests and new paths to come.

The rest is just details and more or less kinks depending on your choices, but you can change the stats with the book icon at any time during the game.

I remember a scene in "Young again" where the MC is in the bathroom with his sister and both have to pee.
She sits on the toilet and opens her legs to make room for him to pee at the same time and you can decide to aim at her instead of the bowl.

For the watersports, I decided to stick to Leana's personality, and I think it looks pretty good.
For the part with the cops etc, I decided to stop this part, with everything that happened in the real world, I didn't want to write this part, too depressing...

ok Alice only technically is Cassie's daughter but genetically she is Nicole's daughter.
but Hailey, what about Hailey? or Cassie do miracle and convinced Hailey at her own with her own egg?

Just leave it as is (for the moment) and see it as an alternative beginning of the BoB/Macy path (Cassey accepts the defeat after Alice testifies that the MC is ionnocent). This way you don't need to handle another path and can concentrate on the existing ones.
You can decide later what you want to do with this part. Of course if you have good ideas just go with it

Damn it, did Macy really have a good chance of dying from that stupid drunken shooting? F**k!!!! and I thought that she had staged everything and the shooting was a simple masquerade.
I waited for Macy to appear and after saving (and then loading) I decided to listen to her instead of leaving her and going along the petite path (which is very similar to the Family path but without Macy) that I took at the beginning.
