It can be Casey and her daughter.
It can be the guy you meet at the office with a cop.
Or it can be Macy.

It's probably not a coincidence that we see the Doctor from the flashback at school that same morning in the background.

I am not gonna delete it. I am just confused. Unless I am over analyzing and that whole sequence is a flashback and I just missed it somehow. If that is the case and it is a flashback, then it makes sense, although I still do not understand how the Mom would still be alive. I am gonna go back and read again.... and again....

If you don't want her in your life anymore, you say goodbye (scene in the hospital with her), but if you refuse to say goodbye. Then (if you broke up with Cassey, the wife), then she will fight and still be alive 6 years later. At school, you can pass someone on a motorcycle, if you can click on the helmet it means Macy is alive, if you can't, it means she is dead. The character on the motorcycle (the doctor) will play a very important role later.

I can't look at the game right now, but from what I remember:

You basically need to not fix things with Casey (so she's not the one showing up) and pick choices that will make Macy want to keep living. If you got it right with Macy, in the background, outside school before meeting the principal, you will see the doctor from the hospital flashback and on the back of her motorcycle there will be a helmet you can click on. Also, I'm not sure how, but the guy from the office can show up with a cop and that can also prevent the Macy scene. I got it by following the blood bond path and being friendly to that guy at the office.

sorry for my bad english.
I´m the only one that finds some holes in the story or decision that doesn`t count in the end?
played it the first time with the newest update.
samples:
Mc looking at Leanas Pantys. I didn`t but the game reacts as i looked at them.
Mc learns that Leana is his daughter, Leana doesn`t know it but after two days without any scene, she calls him daddy and she know it.
At the beginning Mc wants to hide his relationship from Tiffany but after a little time (kitchenscene with Alice and Nicole in Apron) she stands beside them and don´t say anything to it.
at the flashback when Macy sits naked on the Table and wants some quality time with the mc, when i choose to look for nicole, she reacts as i choose to ignore her in the flashback before.
I played the Familybloodpath, doesn`t change any values and said so far mostly yes.
Is my newly downloaded game broken, is the script still buggy and doesn`t show this scenes or is this intended?
Looked at the Char Infos and yes, the agtes needs a little work. Mc 44 and Macy (Mother) 55 so she was pregnant with 10.
If savegames are needed, i can make them.

@ketzal 1st in my mind is to say, try and achieve the goal not to make such an update that breaks saves.
Imagine one have saves with specific choices made, and you suggest start a new game with each update, and try and remember what choices one have had...
P.s. I've also an opinion (changed since starting versions) about the game and will share as a review later... In short, the game is a diamond!
