there are differences in some scenes I think. This question has been asked multiple times IIRC so a quick search of the thread should yield you more detailed answers.

I see the number of people who downloaded this VN on the resource that posted the leaked release, I can't say the update caused a stir there. Only a couple hundred downloads in 7 hours is really low, considering that this VN is considered one of the top ones.

This has to be one of the best games. The characters are great and you can not question if there is loli. I personally waiting for more Tif action with her mother and the birthday party for the other girls. I wonder if there will be any action with the girl the Rebeccas daughter was messing around with a few updates back. the girl was daughter of someone who worked for MC and came off as an asshole. Be great to see MC make this (appeared to be loli) part of his harem and maybe get the dad eventually involved as well
