For your information, I'll be publishing version 0.10.xxR (public version) here as planned. I'll see about the rest after a long discussion with the mods so that I understand certain things better.

And also, we're following through with our policy. ketzal has always been protected by us when his games were leaked in LC. Not much we can do about it being leaked in other sites. If you haven't done it already, please read through previous comments with an open mind.
Even I think there was miscommunications between us. I have no ill intention with ketzal and still think he deserves the best after what he's done here.

As I said in another comment I wasn't refering to the staff members. My frustration is with the users sharing the links. I will just say this and then I will logout. I hope Ketzal and the mod team can resolve any misunderstandings and he ends up staying on the forum. As I said in a previous post, there are a lot of people that really appreciate Ketzal taking time of his day to interact with us here and it would suck to see him leave because of the actions of a few people (again not talking about the staff, I am talking about the users).

Im going to put my two cents on the situation. Do not taken any aggression towards it or from it just my opinions towards the situation.
A few days ago. We found a comment that had an early release to Ketzals high subs.
According to our leak policy, we do not allow games to be published with leaked content for 14 days from the RELEASE date of the content.
It was removed, and brought up to staff and also the dev, for their protection.
It was explained that leaked content was only protected from being published in the OP/new game threads, not comments
We refused to allow the leaked content from being updated to the OP post for "public" download
Then the game was leaked to a different site for public access like a normal leak.
In this instance, our policy become moot.
Even then we contacted the dev asking permission to leak said content. All that needed to be said was "no do not publish the leaked content for xx days"
We would abide by that request. Even though its leaked somewhere else.
We do everything possible to protect devs and their games from costing them support.
Its our premise of the site. To create a safe place for devs. Yes this is a pirate site, but we have compassion for people losing money.
Yes most devs also release their versions for free later at some point making the games free, but they still have bills to pay during release time. Thats what the support is there for.
I love all the devs on our site and then some. All we do is care deeply, from one dev to another, to protect everyone's livelihood.

I recommend that you wait for the public version that will be complete and bug-fixed.
