For the most part, Stuck in Sutton will be pretty mild compared to other games. Of course, there are still prostitution options, mild corruption, drug taking etc, but don't expect any hardcore fetishes.
The game already has mild corruption. It is also possible to corrupt the NPC Annabell to take drugs and act more slutty if you follow the right path.
Group sex, anal play (rim jobs, anal sex, pegging), and mild BDSM are in the game, mostly on the Chance Romance path but will also be optional in the Mary Romance path and the Annabell Full Corruption Path. All of this is avoidable.
No incest or pregnancy content.
No NTR to my understanding but I'm sure some goofy goober is going to consider the fact that you can sleep with a trucker who may possibly be married to be NTR in some way shape or form, so do with that what you will. It is also possible to cheat on most partners and there is optional consensual swinging in Chance's romance path.
I will not be adding more images as I can't afford an artist. I don't like using GIFs as I feel it restricts my ability to create sex scenes/characters.
