No, there's a note under de overview saying the original Dev abandoned the game, a different Dev picked it up since then, I haven't played it yet so I can't say if it shows a difference ingame but it's ongoing

Still not sure how to feel about the new dev but from what it seems it is still mostly the old story and stuff so I guess I will judge it once it is truly the New devs instead of the left overs from old dev.
