If you mean pregnancy, I don't think it increases the attractiveness/beauty for women.

I didn't think I would, but I recently found a game on itch that entirely revolved around it, and (aside from the confusing gameplay and barely functional status of the game) it was enjoyable. I probably shouldn't be surprised though, since I've always had a back-of-my-mind thing for cum inflation and pregnancy.
