if it's a cartoon then yeah I don't mind, but in 3D it looks off imo.

It depends on the situation. If the stomach’s deformation is the result of torture, it could be interesting. In other situations i’m not interested

I once animated a minilove image with bulge, and iirc I added a button to enable/disable it so people could choose.

I'll add my name to the majority here: subtle deformation is great. Exaggerated cartoonish is a slight turn off.

No matter the size or shape, bulges are always great. Doubly so when caused by tentacles and big monsters. Even better when you can see the cervix getting pushed or penetrated in a cross-section view.

I m okay with a lil bit, but usually it´s way past that. Feels like some gals will need surgical assistance afterwards.
