It depends on the situation. If the stomach’s deformation is the result of torture, it could be interesting. In other situations i’m not interested

I once animated a minilove image with bulge, and iirc I added a button to enable/disable it so people could choose.

I'll add my name to the majority here: subtle deformation is great. Exaggerated cartoonish is a slight turn off.

No matter the size or shape, bulges are always great. Doubly so when caused by tentacles and big monsters. Even better when you can see the cervix getting pushed or penetrated in a cross-section view.

I hate stomach deformation with all my heart. Nowadays all doujinshi artists seem to be overly obsessed with stomach deformation and hypnosis. I really despise both tags.

RancidRonin has a few animations with subtle belly bulging, Drifter has a good amount, Najar has one animation (rinze1) with a subtle belly bulge, Circle Socrates has a work titled "The Village Head's Nefarious Scheme" that has very subtle bulges in a few scenes throughout, Custom_Udon does stomach deformation very well and mostly realistically considering the size difference, Vanilla_Flavor's approach is more on the border line between subtle and not so subtle but it might suit you. There may be more but those are the ones I have saved.
