There are numerous endings involving pregnancy. However, it's always for story purposes and not as a kink, so we don't necessarily see the pregnant woman:

Spoiler: Endings involving pregnancy

• END 01: Alex marries Lucy but still sleeps around. Two years later, Lucy is unhappy with the relationship but ends up loving Alex more than before and intentionally getting pregnant.
• END 02: By lying to Alex that she is pregnant, Aya forces him to give up school and follow her to another city.
• END 03: Alex gets into a relationship with Lucy, Lucy's mother Anna, and Milena. Anna tries to sabotages Lucy's birth control but ends up getting herself pregnant.
• END 04: Alex finishes school and is about to move to the countryside. But Milena catches him at the train station and forces him to marry him, as he made her pregnant.
• END 05: Alex and Kyra get a son.
• END 06: Alex gets Miranda pregnant but continues to fuck her mother Aurora as well.
• END 08: When Lisa is already pregnant from Alex, he impregnates her mother Marian with twins.
• END 09: Alex follows Anastacia to her family's farm. The have a traditional wedding and she gets pregnant.
• END 10: Alex follows Anastacia, Fenella and Donna to their family's farm. In an endless loop, he can have sex with the three sisters separately, in pairs, or all three together. Once he has had single sex with each of them, they are all pregnant and the loop is broken. Their father happily goes away to die from his fatal disease and bequeathes the farm and his wife Valentina to Alex.
• END 11: Alex' mother Alexandra arranges a marriage between Alex and Kirk's mother Verdi, becoming part of it herself. Alex fucks both women tirelessly for six days, then rests on the seventh day. In the canonical (sharing) ending, this ends in Kirk joining them as well and plenty of children/brothers of Alex and Kirk, though no visible pregnancies.
• END 12: Alex has trouble convincing Ruzena to marry him even though she has to move to Singapore. He succeeds when she discovers she is pregnant from him.
• END 13: Alex gets into a relationship with his former teacher Laura and Laura's sister Linda. It takes a lot of effort to convince them to stop birth control.
• END 14: Alex gets Tatiana pregnant. (Not sure about her sister Nina and mother Samantha.)
• Extra-End 01: Alex has three children with Victoria.
• Extra-End 04: Alex gets Mireia pregnant twice in a row.
• Extra-End 05: Sarah's mother Adriana is ultra-focused on preventing Sarah from stopping birth control to get pregnant from Alex. This fails spectacularly with mother and daughter both pregnant.
• Extra-End 09: Pregnant Emma is not interested in sex and asks her mother to take over.

I really disliked this one. Really boring writing where every girl is an instant turboslut for the MC. It's slightly funny and played for laughs but not nearly funny enough to redeem it. MC looks like a complete goblin as a joke but it's still offputting. Basically zero gameplay too, worse than just watching some contextless 3d porn.
