Well, women do both enlargement and reduction surgery. Idk what the ratio is, but I believe more women do enlargement. Why? Because of the same misconception - just like men believe women prefer bigger penises women believe men prefer bigger breasts. That's why enlargement is usually done because of complexes while reduction is usually done because of medical problems. Exaggeration of sizes as a symbolism of fertility in art and history doesn't proof its connection to sexual preferences- it can be, but rarely is.

Breast enlargement is orders of magnitude higher than reduction. Large breast size is associated with fertility, maturity, health and desirability. Though men say they prefer medium breast sizes, research points heavily toward larger being more noticed by men, better sales (tips) and higher chances of being noticed and asked out (limited research of children showing breast growth directly correlated with girls been hit on by older boys and men).

I do not conflate porn with reality - simply pointing out real data points vs surveys. You can ask people all you want, but the truth usually comes out in behaviors and porn is a behavior - a VERY common behavior. A lot of people consume porn.

Both sexes compromise. I'm saying penis size is one of those things women are willing to sacrifice for other qualities. My point is that it's in the equation for many, if not most, women. There is a point where a statistically significant amount will nope-out of the relationship unless there significant considerations. Sex is, after all, one of the most, if not the most, important factors in most couples happiness.

As others have said, I prefer a realistic dick size, and that is - taking porn (games) as a scale - on the small side.

Example would be Family Affair. MC has a realistically sized dick. Compared to 90% of porn games it's small, but in reality it's average.

I tend to give devs some leeway though, especially in 3D games, because posing sexual activities is much easier with a larger dick.

I never considered the ease of posing aspect. Interesting.
