Overview:
What could be sweeter than a quiet life on a distant island? Exactly: a life where your criminal past knocks on the door, the local hospital is falling apart before your eyes, and a mysterious shark-girl's tail flickers in the window. You are Ray Nochi, a former fixer who, at your uncle's invitation, lies low back home and suddenly finds himself running a forgotten hospital. From day one, debts pile up, equipment is broken, and nurse Mari never misses a chance to tease you, all while a strange pain nags at your chest.
This is a nonlinear visual novel with an open world and life-sim/management elements: explore the island, get the hospital back on its feet, upgrade your home, earn money, and—if you dare—try to build a life with the unpredictable guest with the shark tail. Your choices, dialogue tone, and progression directly change scenes, available options, and even the story's pace.​

- Easy Mode now grants +5 Intellect at the start of the game.
- The cost of Doctors has been significantly reduced.
- Card game stakes are now 50 for the first level, 50 for the second, and 100 for the third; progression is also much easier.
- Appliance prices are lower (Refrigerator $3,000; TV $7,000).
- Uncle’s loot boxes have been fixed and will now bring in less money.
- Qualification levels are cheaper.
- Added on-click explanations in some menu tabs (Text Speed, Skip Text).

Gameplay: Around 4 hours of open-world play with plenty to do.
Island: Home, Hospital, Town Hall, Forest, Library; locations unlock with progress and time of day.
Progression: Upgrade stats that affect gameplay.
Hospital: Improve the facility, hire staff, and raise your own qualifications.
Daily Life: Upgrade your home, try Uncleâs loot boxes, take on jobs and quests, and keep leveling up. And donât forget the shark-girl who lives with you.
Relationships: A wide range of choices lets you role-play and deepen your relationship with the shark-girl.
Content warning: Contains adult scenes, violence, and strong language.
Languages: This game is created by a single developer, so your support is especially important to make the project better.I have been making this project solo for a year, so your support will help a lot. I poured my heart into it. As the game is chiefly narrative-focused rather than an 18+ scene showcase, the itch.io build is a Lite, censored edition: the story is identical, but all explicit/hentai content has been removed. I have worked on this project for over a year, and while this compromise is difficult, I hope youâll still appreciate the story.

Should it be on game+?

No. Our metric for G+ is basically "is it banned on FoxtrotNinerFive?" It used to be if it was simply banned anywhere, but that's a really hard metric to keep track of, because there are a loooooot of sites. They have pretty strict enforcement of their Rule 7 (I believe it's 7, anyway), so if it's good enough for them, it's good enough for the public Games section.

this game has a lot of work put into it, but pretty much all of the subsystems currently boil down to repetition.

it's all resource grind until you pay in enough to have that automated so you only have to check in so often.

compared to the click farming to gain resources or farm stats, there's very little in the way of interpersonal moments.

most of the content is flashbacks.

there's a solid core here, and the game has promise, but it really needs to have way more interactions with the staff or main character.

take her places. a disguise so she can follow you around. something.

one of the locations looks like it will open up in the demo, but never does, since it ends when you finish the relationship quest, which often moves at like 1% per day.
