From my experience, you can play as the good guy, but the game is pretty much impossible—especially if you want to avoid NTR and not get cucked throughout the entire game. That's why I dropped it years ago.
Apparently, the devs were working on a second act where you could take revenge, but the more updates they release, the more hope I lose.
