With the Ketzal wave, my nsfw account got banned. After making a new one I tried to join the Blackheart discord through the invite link here. It says that invitations are paused, which seems plausible for the moment. Is there a way around it to get readded again on the server?

I am not on their server anymore, I left when the stuff with ketzal happened. But I assume the invites will probably be paused for quite a while. I think the most likely scenario is that they will let only supporters have access to the discord.
They are probably busy with the games and trying to figure out how they will do things from now on. But it would be cool if someone from the team gave an update here.

nope. Not sure how paid subs are going to get early links now other than BH telling them to go elsewhere for them other than Discord, or simply emailing them the link 1 at a time (a pita with thousands of them but safest). Personally I just watch threads here and wait for publics since I'm not that impatient, though that's 0 help as far as his income goes.

Well royalgames the dev of family faring has his own website and you can login on there using SS and depending on the tier you're subbed to on SS people have access to different things. It would be something that would take time to set up but I think it would be a good alternative.

It seems i am part of a minority when i say i liked SoWP. Well, that is of course the first few days more then the later ones. I liked the mistery and crime solving going on and it was interesting to follow what this whole clan shit was about. It's a bit sad to see that it was not followed through very well. The story just got more and more confusing without actually revealing much. I have yet to play this one to see what happens next as i would like to see a conclusion. I started it for a bit and will continue later on but the new mc and timeskip after the end of the first game etc just threw me off big times. Its a bit of a shame. I kinda really enjoyed the last days reading through SoWP

Okay, I finished the update and damn… first I want to say the MC this season is really dumb when it comes to powers and supernatural beings. Even if it was some drug everyone was taking, how would that drug make him see exactly what this so-called “mother” wants? Her visiting dreams and talking and now all those visions about the seven deadly sins, totally impossible. He should at least consider that it’s real. Another thing: people are threatening to kill his family, offering deals and explanations, and he just keeps shouting, “fuck you all, there’s gonna be nothing,”…


But okay… my comment isn’t to just criticize, it’s to understand from you how some things will work. For example, did you let Lust in? I did, because of the sins it seems the best fit for this kind of game… Also I was thinking of playing the pervert route, not the dark one, but there are moments where you have to pick dark or nothing, and unfortunately I choose dark. Normally I wouldn’t, because like… it doesn’t make much sense for the protagonist sheriff to be as rotten as everyone around him, man… everyone’s trash in this game lol, well, maybe some girls aren’t…


Oh, and how does that thing about sending an ally to investigate work? I personally sent them, but I picked low risk. I read the DEV said it wouldn’t help to reload a save and pick something else… what does that mean? What did you choose? I don’t want them to die…

I mean whats even the point of trying to play nice with some characters like the daughters of the MC of SoWP if they end up with this ending and being bad anyways? Yeah of course the Devs worlds are always dark and controversial, but other then good sex scenes there really isn't much to offer unfortunately. Stroy went completely downhill. Oh well...

I agree partly, I think having essentially good characters would add a lot to the narrative. From what I’ve seen there’s not much difference between being nice or mean, for example with the MC’s daughter: it would’ve been great if being good to her, more love vibes, made her open up more, tell you things, want to be around you more, etc. But no, she stays the same whether you treat her well or badly. Basically, only the sex scenes change, nothing deeper like that, you know?


Another idea would be having no actual supernatural stuff in the story, with everything having an explanation like in the Sherlock Holmes movie, things seem bizarre and supernatural but in truth it’s illusions, drugs, or something else. Then the story could focus on the mystery of who the characters really are, their motivations, and all that. I’d find that really cool. But it seems like they’re going heavy on the supernatural path now.

I fully agree. The new story of the new mc doesn't interest me and the whole magic stuff threw me off even more. And yeah, the stuff with the daughter is exactly what i meant. I get the dev likes tonbe controversial, but it's really like reading a dark, controversial story, no impact on the characters other then if they live or die by your own decisions.

So there has been an update on discord and it seems like this game will be on hold for a while. Here is what he said on discord:
I know I haven't messaged much in the discord lately. I'm not ignoring you guys. SS has fucked me, and after almost 4 weeks, still nothing. I had to get a real job for now to support myself, and the games are going slower than normal, as I am away from home a lot now. That said, PA is done. Handing off all content to the guys to get them to ready for release very soon.

I never beg for support. I've always been the type of dev that if you want to support me, you will, and have NEVER asked for support because I believe that if I make a good game, the people choose to support.
However, I went from 3000 subs supporting me, to 70. To those 70 on Fansly that have supported, Thank you so fucking much.
But for me to do this full time like I was, I'll need a but more help. I won't stop making games, but I can not do all the games, as I will only be able to do the games that make money on here. TLG and PA. RWP and DD will be on hold until I can self support myself on the games alone.

If you can support, please do. Like I said, I hate begging, but this time, I don't have much of a choice. Even if it's just for a month or so for the lowest tier, it can help me keep the games going.

Blackheart games is here to stay, but at the rate of release might be affected for now. But PA is coming within the next few weeks. I hope to see you guys back in here, and helping me keep them all coming. I love you all, and thank you to the ones who changed over to Fansly. You 70 are fucking amazing.

What do you mean by not being able to access discord? The link in the OP seems to be working fine. As for a place to support, seath created a fansly page as a temporary solution until they create their own site.

At least until they ban all VPN IP's like Amazon Prime and similar have done for years. Seems soon VPN's are going to have to start using dynamic IP's if they want to stay useful and in business, as changing geolocation is half the reason people use them, esp given the patchwork of current porn laws.

I already see some download sites (BuzzHeavier, DataNodes, VikingFile, etc.) blocking certain IP addies. Honestly, I think VPNs should have rotating IP addresses, like you say; there's no reason they can't have that but also have a personally identifying datum that the VPN companies can use to know whether one of their servers goes down.

I'm a huge Blackheart fan -- love all the games -- but I just wish the new MC of this one had a bit more, umm... intelligence? Humor? I mean, he does have a BIT of a temper, but compared to the MC of SoWP, he's a lightweight. And James was funny! This guy -- nope. So it's harder to follow him. I mean I guess that's KINDA the idea? That he's such a no-nothing, dropped into the shit -- but I don't know... it does keep me mad at him for all the seemingly stupid decisions he makes without my consent. And if I do make him darker, it just seems "not really him" -- 'cause he's such a dweeb. But hey -- I'm still Seath all the way...
