I literally never replay games, and if a game has most of its content hidden behind different paths, I won't play it in the first place.

The harem tag is super important to me for that reason, it generally means all or most of the content is available in a single playthrough.

What game/VN would you replay from beginning till end more than once to see all paths/branches? On the opposite spectrum, what games aren't worth the time for a replay in your opinion?

Only if the game is really good and not too long, otherwise, laziness wins.

I play multiple path concurrently and leave seeds at different points in case I need to go back to pick up an important path/make a different decision that didn't seem important at the time.

It may happen, but it's occurred 2 or 3 times in the last 5 or 6 years. I don't think very highly of porno games, or rather, of the literary level of their plots.

Games like desert stalker, and it gets me going so much that I don't even stick to one path to the fullest.
I keep rolling back and using previous saves to see where things are going differently.

If I got a path I like I won't replay. If something I wanted like I got knocked off the harem path, I have to go back and get it.

not really, I often take the most loving route (multiple woman if possible). And then extract the .rpa files to check for alternative routes or images I missed.

Only game I can remember is project passion, first season I played it in all possible ways, to get all the images.... I didn't try season 2, I might one day...
