  • Donation Rewards & Vault Credit System Update
A new important update has been posted covering the Donation Rewards bug, the reset of incorrect Donation and Platinum credits, the upcoming reclaim system for previous tracked donations, and the new Vault freeze/maintenance behavior. The goal is to remove bug-generated credits, protect real donation history, and rebuild the system in a cleaner and safer way going forward. - Jack Of Blades

When devs start to make the MC too annoying/oblivious or put way to much pointless filler in to drama bait

After 15/20 minutes of playing, you know if a game will be interesting or not, and if you will abandon it or go through with it.

  • When the game leans too heavily into parody and loses its seriousness. A bit of humor is fine, but if everything becomes a joke, it’s hard to stay engaged.
  • When the main character—or female protagonists in general—aren’t likeable. If I can't connect with them, it really takes the fun out of playing.
  • Bad pacing or forced drama. If the story tries too hard to be emotional or dramatic without building it up properly, it just feels fake.
  • And definitely paywalls. When too much content is locked behind extra payments or microtransactions, it turns something fun into something annoying real fast.

Killing love interests off. I'm really tired of this trope. Fine in a horror maybe, if a game that promised violence and fuckery but in harem games.

I'm too OCD to quit games after I've invested more than 30 min in them... :( Really really wish I would have quit Hi Emi.

If a story is dragging a lot and it is boring then i will drop the game for sure.

Blueballing, killing LIs/MC, old saves not working, unavoidable minigames...

inefficient sandbox and unnecessary grind.
I just filter sandbox out as a "never download" - like futa, ntr, 2d, blackmail, etc. Any grind whatsoever gets dropped.

sometimes lack of a story just makes the game boring, and sex scenes dont mean much

For me mostly, is that they take too long to get to the good stuff or if is too complicated to get to that point

If a game is too linear or I can’t take a few steps without constant encounters, I drop it. It just feels suffocating.

poor writing or updates that don't update anything

Game gets abandoned, losing interest in them, and Updates taking so long that I lose interest in them.
