I post the release schedule on my Subscribestar each time I release an update.
If you choose not to join the free tier, or even check subscribestar, that is on you.
I also have a discord that is updated every day with information about where I am in the update, plus I post progress reports in SS and discord that show how close to the end of the update I am.
There is plenty of opportunity to keep yourself informed.
The information isn't just limited to this forum.

Doesn't mean I won't play it, but not having (at least optional) preg for a single character is a big frowny face for me, the setting is perfect for it too (at least with a couple of the older women, I mean, everyone is 18+ though *wink wink* - but you know what I mean).

First off, don't conflate pregnancy with childbirth. Sure, they are related, intimately, but it's not the same. It's like asking why people who like anal are into poop (as that is an unfortunate side effect that may occur during anal).
For me, it's not just the power thing, but I think it might be a massive - in me - drive to carry on my genetics. Sure, games != reality, and in reality, I have no kids either. But that's because it's well, a consequence of sex. It can be messy, as you said, but other than that, it's costly, eating up your precious few free hours in a day, and so on. I don't think I have to explain the negatives of having children to people
To me, as well, the pregnant "female form" is beautiful for some reason, probably because it's... natural?
I am damn well with you on the chubbies. I don't like fat, but chubby is very nice. There's a difference between fat and pregnant, as pregnancy also come in many forms. Some swell up like a fucking pilates ball with cankers, others (and I've seen this irl) just get a baby bump, and look the same otherwise.
Since we are functional degenerates, we can differentiate between games and reality, and since we are discussing games, whoever is creating them, can choose the shape and form of the pregnant women. Most times in the games, you get the baby bump, and maybe some booba swell, but nothing else.

Humans are animals, no matter how much we pretend otherwise. And animals exist to procreate. So there is a deep monkey brain part of us that craves that biological imperative. To continue the species. And the kink is just the brain allowing that one animal instinct to take over. Sure, some (a lot actually) of pregnancy is messy, but mostly it's the female that has to deal with that. The guy gets to watch on being all Alpha at the idea that they knocked her up. Altered her body for good with a single drop of the stuff from their balls. It's got an ingrained level of possessiveness and dominance in it thanks to the animal brain. It certainly makes more sense than the appeal of feet or other such niche kinks. IMO.
As for an on-topic approach, I would very happily knock up all of the lovely ladies in this game if it was available. But I'm not overly keen for a massive pregnant harem. I know it makes a lot more work for the dev too. As now they need to write and render a bunch more stuff depending on which girls each person wants to knock up and which they don't. Given the sheer number of scenes with multiple girls in them as well, it would be a LOT more work than most as, unless there is a way to segment an image and overlay specific models depending on the code, each render would need to be done four or five times. Maybe more, depending on combinations.
