Here's a spoiler concerning Erica sex: Episode 3

I understand that everyone (almost) is wanting the erica sex.
I promise you, that I am not delaying it because of any kind of motive. I am not intentionally making anybody wait for anything.
I am as transparent as I can be with this whole project. Just look at my discord for proof of that.
I am writing/making this story the way that I want it to be. Erica is not my main focus.
It was always planned for her to have her first sex scene in arc 2.
I completely understand that as a player, you want things a certain way, I do too when I'm playing. HOWEVER, I always try to keep in mind that the game that I'm playing, isn't my vision.
I apologize for those that feel disappointed with this.
I do not want to compromise my vision to make people happy. I will then be unhappy, and the motivation will steadily decline on my end. (small things are okay as long as they don't affect my direction)

I know, I know, not everyone will like my decision making, and I cant apologize enough for that.
However I wont apologize for only being so flexible.
Things may not make sense to you for one reason or another int he story, but from my perspective, they do. Realism in some ways, and unrealistic in another. Thats gonna happen in every game you play.
Sometimes its hard to balance realism in and unrealistic setting. I'm happy with the balance that I have found.
Either way, thanks to everyone that has played it, and is still playing.

just hoping that the horror/scare part that you managed in part 1 will be the same if not better in part 2

Some people have a hard time reading and don't see things. Then make unwanted, rude comments. I don't want any misunderstandings.
Now, It's harder to not see, and may give people the chance to avoid disappointment before they play.

I think part of the reason why people are so impatient with your game is because of the expectation it raises. Early on you learn how many of the LIs are already sexually active with each other, that makes the player feel like the game will have sexual content early. But then the pacing is quite slow.

It's a learning process for me. I see where you are coming from though.
I did try and warn everyone that it s a slow burn ahead of time.

Just finished Episode 2 and I really can't wait for Episode 3.
As I mentioned before I like the storytelling and how the game moves forward.
The scene with Selene and Amber was really good.

Two girls who feel lonely in their own ways find together and even though Selene tries to convince Amber that she is a bad person, Amber just sees the good in her. You can clearly see how hurt Selene is because her family didn't give a shit about her but deep inside she feels comfort by having company. The last render when Amber left her you can see how sad Selene is to be left alone again - superb render! After Arc1 I asked if you plan to bring back Selene and I'm so happy with the way you did and her personality change (bad girl on the outside who wants love and comfort?)

I hope I'm not completely wrong here xD

Also nice way to bring Azza and Nyx into the game (librarian and daughter).
And you play with the mysterious person in a hoodie - Ep1 you can see that person.

In Ep2 you see Selene with a hoodie and something happening at the house where the player is lead to believe Selene is still responsible for the bad things happening in town but I think it's someone else.


And for everyone still complaining about the missing sex scenes or nudity blabla...Good scenes in Ep2 ^^

so I am confused, @makaab, it could just be all the concussions I've sustained or the 2 brain surgeries, and everyone else understands. but, since the downloads for "Arc 1 Finale" say "Ravenous-0.096.Beta-pc.zip" does that mean you are not finished with Arc 1, or that you will release a non-beta version when all arcs are complete?

I have released an Arc 1 FINAL on my subscribestar and a final mac and android for arc 1.
It isn't here because I don't upload here anymore. I leave that to the pirates.
Finale, and final are 2 different meanings.
FINALE meant the conclusion of arc 1, not meaning final version.
I will release a FINAL version and an android final version at the end of each arc with corrections and cleanups of noted mistakes or errors.
I hope that cleared things up for you.
If you have any more questions, I'd be happy to answer them for you.

I appreciate the time you've spent addressing peoples concerns, questions, nitpicking, critiques, and occasionally bonafide negativity.

While I agree the pacing with Erica is a bit off kilter when you take all things into consideration, and my own personal pet peeves about who I want to see the MC have sex with and NOT have sex with (choice options) temper my overall opinion of the game, I am very aware that like any novelist, or game creator, your work, your story, is your own, not the fans and critics. In the end these things should not keep a good game down, and often the reason why you receive such attention, including negative attention, is because you have a good thing going. It is your prerogative to distinguish whether or not the criticisms/reviews are addressing things which you deem as valid or just sour grapes because someone didn't get their wish out of something someone else created. The reality is that you have a good game here and you've taken the time to make it, which is more than I can say for most of us, myself included.
