I could be wrong but i'm pretty sure 2 percent of any number isn't 0.
If it's not then whats up with the bank?

To make it short, the displayed number in the bank is just a rounded up decimal number.
0.4 -> 0
1.6 -> 2

It still has the true value, but is displayed as a full number.
Try to withdraw way more coins than you have and the true amount will be shown.

the interest is accrued directly into the deposited amount, it doesn't go to the wallet.

you probably had 584 or so and accrued 11 points

If you go into the trasaction log you can see what you collected for interest
