Thank you for your response, although I see a problem with it. The problem is... what defines a child versus an adult?

According to the creator of PROUD FATHER, every single one of his computer-drawn fictional characters are 18 years or older. He writes this, and you have to acknowledge this, BEFORE you can even start PROUD FATHER.

If a character is not underage, BY DEFINITION, how can the creator be charged with child porn?

Considering they've outlawed porn with fully grown adults who just happen to have very small or flat chests in Australia...

Yes I ***could*** be mistaken, but as far as I know I am correct and since nobody has proven me wrong, which the internet loves to do, I'm going under the assumption that I am correct until proven otherwise.

Does the game allow you to change the age ? If they look under 16 and you can change their age it wont matter how old he claims they are

Yes, the game does allow you to lower the age. Do you think if the game never allowed changing the ages of any character (to be under 18, at least), then he would not have been charged with, well, whatever the heck he is charged with?

The fact that some of the characters are obviously underage as well as being able to change their ages has resulted in him being charged with making, possessing and selling child porn and living off the proceeds of crime.

Because they didn't officially outlaw small breasts porn, but they jump to conclusions and prosecute it as if it were a minor and you have to prove that it wasn't. IIRC one pornstar went out of her way to rescue a fan in australia that was arrested for owning her movies. It's entirely as stupid as it sounds.

After I read the incredibly bizarre law enforcement harangue about how horrible and evil the Dev was, it reminded me of how USA used to ban sodomy, and ban inter-racial marriages. Just today, I read an article about a woman in the USA who was being treated the same way, for bestiality. The people behind the arrest and prosecution could not even say exactly what she did with the dogs.... I mean, if she was fucking them with a stick (or something approaching rape), I could see the animal endangerment. But, if the dogs were licking her vagina, all I could think of was WHO IS GETTING HARMED HERE?
The USA is increasingly becoming a version of the Taliban--not respecting women, and writing laws concerning a woman's body--all based upon their perverted view that they know best about other people's lives and bodies. So much that the law interferes with doctor's orders. SHEESH.
