Here, y'all can keep each other updated on here. Same RULES apply here.

Just stay civil and no giving out real names and exact locations.

I hope Aussie prisions are nicer than American ones because the US ones will beat the brakes out of people with any sort of sex crime convictions.

The sex crimes must be against humans for prisoners to BEAT THE BRAKES out of another prisoner. I have seen nothing to indicate that Westy was guilty of a sex crime against a human. And, I am unfamiliar with any US sex crime involving computer pixels of imaginary humans used, as Westy has done.
In the US, a person convicted of crimes against a minor, not just sex related, is subject to a beating. Same thing with rape of an adult.

So you're saying if someone had download dozens or hundreds of pictures and videos of real life minors and was arrested for that, they would treat him like he wasn't a sex offender?

Pictures of real people like that are still just computer pixels, and you can and will be arrested for that and have a bad time in prison.

Oh dear. Wonderful world and all that. When we speak of pixels, we do not speak of those from real life. We speak of 2D and 3D stuff.

When you see real life materials being used on a model, those are generally over 18 years of age being used on these "minors".

It's never about real people. It's about self-conscience bullshit that isn't even necessary.

For example. I could draw you. Throw water at the drawing. Would you be wet because I threw water at your drawing? No? It does no harm to anyone. It's just a waste of time and money when they should be going after those that are into real life images, not made-up pixels. The keyword is the TYPE of contents that is provided. We shouldn't have to be afraid to enjoy made-up stuff because some people find it offensive. THAT is the true argument. Though, it's supposed to be about updates on Westy. Lol

P.S. Americans uses Freedom of Expression.

All I was trying to say was that the prisoners already in prison might not see the difference between the computer generated pictures and stuff and the real life pictures and stuff and might lump him in as a chomo.

I was also asking what Australians do about them because in America they have a really bad time in prison.

Now it makes sense. But yeah, you're not wrong about this. If people outside can't see the differences, it can be the same as in Jail/Prison.

I've been to jail and people won't do shit against anyone there unless they are picking a fight with them. Otherwise, they just try to steal each other's foods. Weird place, really. Never been to Prison, though.

Actually, I mentioned that pixels of IMAGINARY people would not be considered a crime against minors. I said that sex crimes against humans would get the beat down.

If they pursue someone for drawings (because it's just drawings made with a computer) with loli nude content, what of people who draw murders or torture? Will they arrest them too for murder if they "kill" someone on a picture? What of someone who draw a headless chicken for example? Will they put this person in jail for animal abuse? What a load of bs...

In the US, jail is for those not convicted who can't afford bail and those convicted and sentenced to less than a year. Prison is for those convicted and sentenced to over a year.

If you mean the original dev, none.

If you mean the dev who's going to complete it, The Guardian, Secrets of Whispering Pines, Personal Assistant: Blackheart Edition, Blackheart Hotel, Blackheart Resort, Foreseeable Family (not connected to any of the others), and that's all the ones I can think of off the top of my head.

I read the articles on this case and they are gob smackingly dumb. It boggles the mind to read terms like "sex predator" and "mastermind behind an online exploitation ring" in connection to a game with rendered 3d images. The reporting is bottom of the barrel. Reflects a stupifying hunger for senselessly lurid descriptions that have zero relation to reality.

Gets better. Police describe the case as "ground breaking" and of course the game was a cause "of great concern". Concern for what exactly? These muppets believe that playing this game will cause harm. How about we respect science? Does that sound reasonable? Studies have repeatedly shown the PROTECTIVE effect of porn. It measurably REDUCES real life sexual assaults.

So, congratulations Australia on your lies about "dangers" and for your senseless persecution of a man who produced porn with no real humans because you find his work distasteful.

Aussies use the term Rockspider to describe ANYONE convicted of child rape or having child porn on their computers or making child porn. Guards will ignore any violence dished out. He will spend his sentence in what is called the dogs yard ( protection unit ) Do not waste your time saying that its just a game cos in Australia what he did is regarded as being no different to making child porn
