I have a humble suggestion to the developers - show the logical finale of the pregnancy in great detail. I saw it in reality, I was present at the birth of my daughter. Show it without being embarrassed.
Maybe it will help someone understand what the childbearing process is like for a woman. When her man can't do anything to help, except visual contact and (with the permission of the doctors) the opportunity to take her hand. I'm sure many who have seen it in reality will be reluctant to consider it a sexual kink.
And a pregnant woman is beautiful. It makes her a woman.

preg content in games is a big plus for me. not absolutely necessary but a big plus. as far as how it should be implemented? dunno. not really sure any game has really fully implemented the full cycle of pregnancy and explored too deep into it. though it doesnt really need a full cycle.
