In terms of games, how would you go about implementing it? Would you like to only have it as a concept? Characters getting pregnant and have a skip until they give birth. Or would you want it to be visually represented and influencing the story/gameplay?

Also... what are your tastes in the looks of pregnant women? You like a petite with a big belly or prefer curvy milf with big breasts and bigger belly.

Pregnancy mechanics add a whole tier to any game, just implementing it as an ending is lame

I love pregnancy in my porn games. Unfortunately it almost always come at the very end, and when it does happen in the middle it usually happens with throwaway characters.
I love the pregnant woman aesthetic, and I love the TLC of co-parenting. win-win if the author knows their shit.
