To me pregnancy is what you do when you want to create a kid. It's part of life, but it's not a sexy part. And your life changes a LOT after you have a kid, and in ways that DEFINITELY do not lead to more sex. Why put part of life that isn't sexy in a sex game? I can't vouch for everyone, but whenever I see girls with open footwear I can't help bit think how it is getting dirty, since they're exposed to dust, puddles and whatever.
